Susan DiAnn Parsons

She was born in San Diego, California, on May 25, 1965, the daughter of Joseph W. Beatrice Sr. and DiAnn (Krebs) Beatrice. She moved to Muncie in 1982, and graduated from Muncie Southside High School. She married Mark A. Parsons in May of 2000, and he survives.

Susan was a lifetime member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, and was a very spiritual person. She loved her family and kept in close contact with all her nieces and nephews; they were very dear to her. Susan was a HUGE Alice Cooper fan, and went to all of his concerts up until the Covid-19 pandemic.

Susan leaves behind her loving husband, Mark; son, Jordan Parsons; daughter, Kay-Ann Broyles; brothers, Michael J. (Andrea) Beatrice and Joseph W. (Lisa) Beatrice Jr.; sister, Ami (Steven) Fletcher; several nieces and nephews; and two fur babies, her dog, Mario, and her cat, Rory.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Di Ann Beatrice; brother-in-law, Rev. Larry Supinger; sisters, Nancy Ann Beatrice and Judy Supinger, who died just eight hours before Susan.

Friends and family may call on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Elm Ridge Memorial Park, North Chapel of Mausoleum, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304.

Services will be on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Elm Ridge Memorial Park, North Chapel of Mausoleum. Father Underwood will officiate. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, masks are required as well as social distancing.
