Ruby A Miller

Ruby was born on Monday, January 13, 1930, near Convoy, Ohio, the daughter of Elmer R. and Evelyn Belle (O’Bryant) Klinger. She married William “Bill” F. Miller on March 4, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio, where they lived until moving to Muncie, Indiana, in 2014. Ruby was a homemaker. She loved sewing for herself and daughters, gardening, tending to her many flowerbeds and cooking for the family. She was a long time member of Calvary Church on Demorest Avenue, and later at Grace Fellowship in Plain City.

Her husband, Bill, who lives at Willowbend Living Center, Muncie, Indiana, survives her. In addition to her husband, Ruby is survived by two daughters, Doris (John) Byerly, Williamsburg, Indiana and Rita (Nick) Augustino, Delaware, Ohio; three grandchildren, Valerie (Matt) Sullivan, Mark Byerly, and David Byerly; step-grandchildren, Jarrett (Jessi) Augustino and Allie (Blake) Widmann; great-grandchild, Aiden Sullivan; and step-great-grandchildren, Leah and Kelsey Augustino; and Brycen Widmann.

She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Elmer Ray Jr., Roy, and Rowland; and five sisters, Ruth, Rose, Evelyn, Rachel, and Naomi; as well as one brother, and two sisters who died in infancy.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 27, 2022, at the Elm Ridge Memorial Park Mausoleum, North Chapel with Ronnie Kolb officiating. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.

Family and friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Elm Ridge Memorial Park Mausoleum, North Chapel.
