Jeanette R. Faulkner

Jeanette Ruth Faulkner, 89, Yorktown, passed away Saturday evening, June 1, 2024, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. She was born Sunday, April 7, 1935, in Fentress County, Tennessee, the daughter of Lucian and Stella (Bilbrey) Taubert. Jeanette was a homemaker. She married Jack Faulkner in 1953 and they were married for sixty-one years. Survivors include her sister, Carol Hirons; nieces, Vickie Copley, and Cindy Bartling; nephews, Dennis Main, and Brian Hirons; grandson, Jessie Coates; and a sister-in-law, Nancy Taubert. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lucian and Stella Taubert; her husband, Jack, who passed away in 2014; son, David Faulkner; brother, Rudy Taubert; and a sister, Rita Sue Main. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304. Entombment will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park Mausoleum.
