James Hardin

James “Jim” Hardin, 34, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2022. Jim was born April 30, 1987, to John Hardin and Rosita McGowan. Jim was a good-hearted person that would give the shirt off his back to anyone he met. He loved making people laugh and dance. Jim always put his family, but most importantly his son, first in life. He was survived by his loving fiance, Brandy Bunton; son, Jeremiah Hardin; mother, Rosita McGowan; brothers, John Hardin and Joseph Hardin; sisters, Nancy Miller, Jackie Cranor, and Rose Becktell; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, John Hardin; and sisters, Mary Webb, Shirley Moore, Helen McCutcheon, and Virginia Delaney A service will be held between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2022, at Elm Ridge Memorial Park Mausoleum NORTH Chapel, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304.
