Sherry Elaine “Olive Oil” Bunch, age 53, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 31, 2022. She was a member of Highland Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Christina Bunch; father, Walter Carter; brother, Patrick Carter; and sister, Cathy Carter.
Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Howard Chris Bunch; son, Christopher (Jessica) Bunch; mother, Kathryn Evelyn Burton; sisters, Debbie McKee, Brenda Carter, Rose Quinn, Samantha Standifer; brother, Frankie Carter; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 5 – 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Terry Bunch officiating. Family and friends will meet in Hamblen Memory Gardens on Friday, January 6, 2023 at 10:45 a.m. for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
