Frank Ray Trent, age 96, of Sneedville, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Hawkins County Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia June Trent; parents, James Edward and Kittie Rhea Trent; and several siblings. Survivors include his children, Patricia “Dean” (John) Kent, Kenneth (Kathy) Trent, Edward (Sandy) Trent, Carson (Pam) Trent, and Brenda (Pete) Hill; grandchildren, Rhonda Smith, David Kent, Kenneth Trent Jr, Tammie Trent, Beth Trent, Alisha Trent, Chad Trent, Carson W Trent Jr, Lorie Trent, Kimberly Williams, and Cory Beck; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Kester Bunch officiating. Entombment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday evening at the funeral home. Arrangements by Stubblefield Funeral Home in Morristown.
