Charles Atkins

CHARLES FRANK ATKINS, age 49 of Morristown, Precious son of God, passed away on January 21, 2012 at his home with his family by his side. Charles had a beautiful Life with determination to over come his disability due to serguel, he became sick. He had acute Leukemia, which ended his life due to Pancy –to- Penia which were causes of ending of this earthy life. He was preceded in death by his sister, Wanda M. Atkins who passed away in 2004; paternal grandparents, Hazel and Enos Harville and Mark Atkins; maternal grandparents, Ivan and Christine Lowe Masoner and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is survived by his parents, Frank and Arjorie Masoner Atkins; sister, Debra Thompson; niece, Amanda Denise and great niece, Savannan Denise. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 23, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Stubblefield Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Atkins and the Rev. Donald Cox officiating. Interment will follow in Hamblen Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be; Clarence Harbin, Marshall Atkins, Willie Masoner, Steward Masoner, Daniel Atkins, Lucky Stubblefield, Roy Lyons, Michael Atkins, Gary Daugherty and Jacob Carter.
