She was born to the late Louis Delmar Conley and Norma Spinelli Conley on June 18, 1962 in Westmoreland, Pa.
Toni loved cooking, football, family get togethers, and bingo. Above all she loved her family, there wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for them. Toni will be missed by everyone who knew her.
In addition to her parents, Toni was preceded in death by her husband Kevin Hover, Sr., step parents Ralph Buffone and Ethel Conley, sisters, Cindy Lou Conley, Pamela Conley, brother, Joseph Buffone, and step sister Linda Lester.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son Kevin Hover, Jr., (Jennifer Hover), grandchildren; Kevin Hover III, Joseph Hover, Briana Hover and Brittany Hover, great grandchildren; Avery Johnson, and Ariya Johnson.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
The Hover Family has entrusted Kirksey Funeral Home of Morganton with arrangements.
