Keith Alexander Iritsky

He was born on August 26th, 1961 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Shirley Ann (neé Chapman) and Louis Ernest Iritsky, both of Kingston, Massachusetts. He is survived by his wife of 42 years Cindi Lee Iritsky (neé West); his five children: Tara and her wife Kara, Drew, Michael and his wife Jamie, Adam, and Chelsea; his sister Victoria; and his precious dog Hamilton.

An avid craftsman and creative, Keith went to school for theatre, lighting, and set design at Adelphi University in New York, where he met his future wife, Cindi. They settled in her hometown of West Caldwell, New Jersey, where he proudly served the public as a volunteer firefighter and foreman of the West Caldwell Water Department. Continuing his love of theater, he founded Bloody Historical, LLC alongside Cindi, Michael, and Jamie, traveling along the east coast to perform stage shows and teach about the Golden Age of Piracy and the Revolutionary War. He went on to retire to Morganton, where he rekindled his childhood love of model railroading and became involved in the local model railroad community, the Carolina Southern Division of the National Model Railroad Association.

Known for his sharp wit, spot on voice accents and impressions, sarcastic sense of humor, and many talents, he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
