Beverly "Roxie" Roxanne Bowman Jarrett

Beverly Roxanne Bowman Jarrett, "Roxie", age 62, of Morganton went home to be with her Lord and family on Saturday, November 9, 2024. She was born December 10, 1961 to the late Billy Ray Bowman and Betty Christine May.

In addition to her parents, Roxie was preceded in death by her brother Billy Ray Bowman, Jr., and her sister Robin Bowman.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Kristen Williams (husband Noah); her son Lucas Jarrett; her step-daughters Jessica Feimster (husband Ashley), Kayley Venable (husband Brian); her grandchildren Jacey Patton, Talen Walker, Preston Feimster, Kashton Feimster; her brothers Richie Bowman (wife Donna), Randy Bowman, Chris May; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Roxie worked at Shurtape Technologies as a Regulatory Specialist for almost 20 years. She was very dedicated and hardworking. She loved her coworkers dearly, especially Charlene Long and Misty Branch.

Roxie will be remembered for how much she loved her family, especially her children and her grandbabies. She was incredibly intelligent, independent, and loving. Christmas was her favorite holiday and she always made every holiday special. Roxie used to love to ride in the mountains, especially up to Valle Crucis.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024 at Kirksey Funeral Home, 406 Lenoir Road, Morganton, NC 28655.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 19th, 2024 at Kirksey Funeral Home, 406 Lenoir Road, Morganton, NC 28655.

Burial will follow at Burke Memorial Park.
