It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Janet Yearwood nee Foster at the Montreal General after a very brief illness. Janet was born in Ottawa Ontario on March 29, 1934.
She is predeceased by her parents Graham Foster and Marianne Ross as well as her beloved sister Suzanne (John Robinson). She leaves her ex husband Desmond, 2 daughters, Linda (Eric) and Heather and Her dearly loved grandchildren Vanessa and James.
Janet loved people and had many dear friends. She was a kind and loving lady. Her talent for painting and drawing was evident in her many art pieces she gave as gifts or hung in her home. Always willing to offer a listening ear and give words of encouragement with a smile Janet will be dearly missed and has touched many with her gentle soul.
Plans for a small memorial service to be held in Cambridge ON is being planned.
