It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of André Rochon on July 23, 2012 at the age of 91. Husband to Jeanne Lagacé- DeRoche, father of Danielle (Edward Stice) living in Arizona, of Charles (Jaydee Dunn) living in California and Louis of Washington State, grand-father to Cara Mercil and Sabrina Campbell, Stephanie, Christopher and Alex Rochon, father-in-law to Ronald DeRoche (Micheline Lefebvre), Diane DeRoche (Pierre Moïse) and Sylvie DeRoche. Survived by his sister Hélène (Jean-Charles Charuest) and his brother Pierre (Hélène Bergeron). His brother Jean, who passed away in 2004, was a monk in the Abbey of Saint-Benoit-du-Lac. By request, there will be no viewing. A religious service will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. at the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery, 4601 chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal.
