Steven Griffin

Steven Lee Griffin of Montgomery, Alabama, went home to be with the Lord on August 29, 2018 at the age of 40. Steven was a Deacon, a Master Mason, devout Christian, an Electronic and Radio Guru and a Drummer. He was also a Son, who made his parents proud, and an amazing Husband, supportive Co-Worker, and a Friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, S.D. and Florence Griffin of Brundidge; maternal grandfather, Carlton Flowers of Brundidge; and uncle, Milton Flowers of Brundidge.

Steven is survived by his wife, Stacey Lynn Griffin; children, Lynleigh Rose and Ansleigh Lyn Griffin, and Dawson Mims; parents, John and Vivian Griffin; grandmother, Barnie Ree Flowers; numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and extended Family and Friends.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 from 9:30am to 11:00am at Leak Memory Chapel in Montgomery, Alabama, with a Celebration of Life to follow in the Chapel at 11:00am officiated by Brother Donald Ash. Steven will then be laid to rest at Springfield Baptist Church Cemetery in Brundidge, Alabama. Pallbearers to include: Michael Sikes and Members of Hampden Sidney Masonic Lodge of Millbrook; Honorary Pallbearers: Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
