Rudy Quallio went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, December 7, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie Quaglia and Bernice Siegler; brother, Dick Quallio; daughter, Synthia Jackson; mother-in-law, Sara Sprague Brooks; father-in-law, Carleton K. Sprague. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Carole K. Quallio; sons, Jeffrey Keith (Karen), David John (Crystal); daughter, Brenda Rothenbuhler (Seth); granddaughter, Ansley Keith Quallio; grandson, Jaxson Paul Quallio; brother, Jim Quaglia (Susan) and many extended family members. After graduating from Governor Mifflin High School (PA) in 1962, he embarked on a lifetime journey of entrepreneurial endeavors, racing cars, and selling anything to anyone, ending his career in 2013 as a Regional Sales Manager for Hunt Brothers Pizza. His hobbies included motorcross, car racing, hunting, golf, and fixing anything that needed fixing. He served the Lord faithfully, bumping fists as a greeter at Vaughn Forest Church for 27 years. He was a loving husband and devoted father and will be dearly missed. His family will celebrate his life on his earthly birthday, Thursday, December 12, 2024. Visitation will be from 10-11am at Vaughn Forest Church with the service beginning at 11:00am. Family graveside will take place at Greenwood Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested any monetary gifts be sent as donations to Vaughn Forest Church to honor Rudy.
