Herman Griffin Roehm Jr.

Herman was a devoted husband to his wife Sandra and a loving father to Jennifer Barker and Laura Hendrick (Russ). He was also a proud grandfather to Zoe Barker, Rylie Barker, and Caleb Hendrick.

Herman had a successful career as a pharmacist and he developed software for pharmacies and created an IT company to support pharmacies. He was a graduate of Auburn University where he gained the knowledge and skills necessary for his professional endeavors. Herm had a passion for flying airplanes and he worked to obtain his commercial license. He enjoyed traveling all over the world with his family and friends. He also enjoyed reading. These hobbies brought him joy and allowed him to explore the world around him.

A service to celebrate Herman’s life will be held on Saturday, August 19th at 2pm at Leak Memory Chapel, located at 945 Lincoln Rd in Montgomery, AL. Family and friends are invited to attend and pay their respects.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.

This organization holds great importance to Herman and his loved ones, as they strive to support those affected by cancer and fund research for a cure. Herman will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and kindness.
