Harriet Emily Spencer, 93, a resident of Millbrook, AL, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm at White Chapel Greenwood Funeral Home, with funeral services beginning at 3:00 pm with Brett Medley officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Spencer was a member of the Millbrook Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley C. Spencer; great- great grandson, Christopher Matthew Bonds; four brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Spencer is survived by two sons, Donald Spencer (Dorothy), Robert Spencer; three granddaughters, Dawn Lee (Butch), Christine Battles (Carl), Pam Bonds; five great grandchildren, Jeremy Lee, Amanda Lee, Jerad Battles, Nathan Battles, Cody Bonds (Robin); brother in law, Irvin Spencer (Ruth); and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Nathan Battles, Jerad Battles, Carl Battles, Cody Bonds, Rick Bonds, and B.J. Medley.
