George Allen Harris Sr.

George Allen Harris, Sr., 84 of Grady, AL passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, George Leo Harris and Charlotte Allene Jones Harris; and his sister, Charlotte Ann Harris Hendrix. He is survived by his spouse, Wilda Ann Holmes Harris; his children, George Allen Harris, Jr. (Veronigue Lauren Combs Harris), Joseph Leo Harris (Pamela Williams Harris), and John Phillip Harris (Terri Jan Hinkle Harris); his grandchildren, Madeliene Alise Myers Corbeau, Emma-Claire Harris, Hannah Allene Harris, Jake Phillip Harris, Joseph William “Will” Harris, and Katie Marie Harris; and one great grandchild, George Harrison Wilder. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 5:00-7:00PM at Leak Memory Chapel. A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Leak Memory Chapel at 11:00AM with burial following in Pisgah Cemetery in Grady, AL.
