Donna Kay Bailey

Donna Kay Bailey, age 73, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023. Donna was born in Dothan , Alabama to William David Bridges Sr and Justine Virginia Curry Bridges. She was preceded in death by her parents but survived by her daughter, Dena LeRoy; her former husband, Danny LeRoy; and her grandsons, William Edwards and Thomas Edwards.

Donna poured her whole work career into the U.S. Post Office and retiring from a role as Plant Maintenance Manager for the central/southern portion of Alabama. In her off time she enjoyed tennis, scuba diving, sailing, and sports cars. She loved her Sunday School Class at Eastern Hills Baptist Church. Their friendship was anchored in a fierce loyalty to one another and their weekly card games. She delighted in cats and had a special way them getting them to do whatever. The family would like to express their gratitude to Jane Martin and Linda Ander for their lifelong friendship.

A friends and family visitation for Donna will be held Sunday, April 16, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home, 10505 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, Alabama 36117, followed by a celebration of life memorial service at 2:30 PM.
