Deborah is survived by her father, James Travis Dorman; husband, Donald Alan Odom; and her children: two daughters, Deborah Lyndsey Odom Fowler and Patricia Lynn Odom Hayes; and three stepchildren, Shannon Elisabeth Odom Fisher, Candice Lauren Odom, and Michele Marie McCauley. She was a loving grandmother to nine grandchildren: Treyson Fowler, Benjamin Fowler, Brooks Fowler, Kendrick Hayes, Memphis Hayes, Charlotte Hayes, Rory McCauley, Colin Fisher, and Caden Fisher.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Lynn Dorman; brother, Anthony "Tony" Hale Dorman; sister, Sarah "Sally" Helen Dorman Pickron; and nephew, Gary Pickron Jr.
Debbie cherished attending concerts and listening to music, especially the band Yes and James Taylor. She found joy in caring for her grandchildren and valued peace and quiet. She was known for never speaking badly about anyone and always being kind. In her free time, she was drawn to the beach with her family, loved the holidays, and enjoyed her soaps. Debbie was also an exceptional cook, capable of creating amazing meals out of simple ingredients. Professionally, she worked as a dental hygienist for 30 years. Debbie was a long-time member of Highland Gardens Baptist Church.

A visitation and celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 13, with visitation at 1 PM and the funeral service at 2 PM, at Alabama Funeral Services located at 10505 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL 36117.
