David Earl Latham Jr.

David Earl, better known to his family as Davo, was a resident of Ramer, AL and an active member of his community. He found immense joy working with his hands on his family’s farm, tending to his cats, and spending time with his girlfriend, Theresa. David was incredibly creative, considerate, tender-hearted, and passionate about history. He manifested this passion by participating in living history reenactments around the South East where he found a sense of commradery and made lasting friendships. David’s dependable and neighborly personality touched the lives of many.

David Earl is survived by his parents David and Anne Latham, Sr., as well as his three siblings; Tom Latham, Tamatha Latham, and Andrea Latham Chipser.

Funeral arrangements will be held on Saturday, July 14th. Visitation will take place at Pintlala Baptist Church at 10AM and will be followed by a celebration of life at 11AM. He will be laid to rest in the Boyd/Ekwurzel Cemetery at 12PM immediately after the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boyd/Ekwurzel Cemetery Fund in care of Margaret Boyd. Checks can be mailed to Pintlala Baptist Church.
