Mrs. Christine H. Harris Glenn

Christine H. Glenn, 84, of Montgomery passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2012. Christine has lived in Montgomery since 1965. She worked in customer service at Gayfers and prior to that she was sales manager of the Men’s Dept. at Woolco Dept. Store. She was a member of Highland Gardens Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Jason H. Glenn, an infant son Charles Henry Glenn, a brother Leland Harris and 2 grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter: Sandra (Jerry) Kennedy of Sycamore, Ga.; Sons: James C. (Gensie) Glenn of Wetumpka; Bobby J. (Connie) Glenn of Montgomery; Sisters: Clealis Prestridge, Huntsville; Louise Brooks, Oxford; Sarah Shepherd, Mary Gayton, and Jean Cox of Birmingham; Brothers: Chester T. Harris of Lineville and Ray Harris of Texas; 10 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11 am Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Leak Memory Chapel with visitation beginning at 9:30 am. Interment will be at 3 pm at Mt.
