Charlotte Burns Hartley

She is survived by four of her beloved children, Carolyn (John) Gibson of Lapine, Al., Johnathan Hartley of Freeport, Fl., Catherine Scott of Hoover, Al., Betty Gail (Randall) Clayton of Montgomery, Al., and daughter-in-law, Susan Hartley of Prattville, Al.; seven grandchildren (and spouses); thirteen great grandchildren; Three great-great grandchildren.

Mrs. Hartley was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Doyle Hartley, a son, William H. "Tiger" Hartley, and a daughter, Monterey J. Unger.

She loved the game of Golf, spending time with her children and grandchildren, she adored her little dog "Mia", socializing with friends, singing, dancing, piano playing, and practicing the art of Tai Chi. Mrs. Hartley was an active member of Frazer United Methodist Church of Montgomery.

Funeral Services will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Sunday, February 21, 2021. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the chapel, followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel, with Pastor Neil Epler officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

Serving as Pallbearers will be David Farrell, Matthew Farrell, Charlie Johnston, Wes Hartley, Jacob Hartley, and Aaron Clayton, with Dontarrius Pugh, Jr. as Honorary Pallbearer.
