Ann Lois Henderson (90) passed away peacefully on September 10, 2020. Ann Lois was born on November 27, 1929 in Andalusia, Alabama to Atress Cauley Armstead and William Leonard Armstead. She was the fifth of six children all of whom have gone on before her to meet the Lord.
Ann Lois is preceded in death by her husband, Allen Henderson, and all 5 of her siblings, Opal Worthington, Lela Mae Pendleton, Roy Armstead, Cleo Armstead, and W.L. Armstead.
Ann Lois leaves behind a host of nephews, nieces and great nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind three amazing home health aides, Jeanette Mintz, Linda Mays, and Bonnie Williams.
The celebration of life for Ann Lois will be held Thursday, September 17 at White Chapel – Greenwood Funeral Home with her nephew, Larry Worthington, officiating the service. Visitation will be open to friends and family at 10:00 am with services beginning at 11:00 am. Due to inclement weather, there will be no graveside service.
