Steve is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Howard and Willa Dee Pickett.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sisters, Tammy Bice (Terry) and Lourie Williams (Johnny); brother, Jim Pickett; uncles, Reid Stephens and John Stephens (Joann); stepsons, Stephen and Justin Holsomback; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friend, Ms. Betty Crowe.
Steve enjoyed going on walks with his dog, Jack. He was also an avid fan of Alabama football. During his leisure time, you could often find Steve on the front porch grilling BBQ.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 3, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Macedonia Cemetery in Pea Ridge, Alabama. Bro. Jerry Phillips will officiate. Please dress comfortably in memory of Steve.
