Jack "Boodie" Boodle Mann III, age 54, of Randolph, Alabama passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. He was born in Sanford, Florida on October 21, 1970. He was a hard working man his whole life, beginning his lineman career at the age of 16. He was currently employed by TDC Communications. Boodie was a member of Elks Lodge 2703. He was a cornhole "legend" and enjoyed the extended cornhole family. When it came to humor, he only had one leg to stand on.
Boodie was well loved for his sense of humor and his open arms as a father figure to many. His memory will be treasured by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack B. Mann II and Jennifer Louise Coe Mann. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Tanya Mann; children, Kaytlyn Myers (Jordan), Zac Thorson (Amanda), Thomas Mann, and Logan Mann (Katlyn); grandchildren, Paxton & Pierson Everett, Maverick & Delilah Myers, and Bradley & Daniel Mann; mother-by-law, Gail Ethridge; brother, Robert "Neil" Mann (Kate); sister, Deborah Waltenburg (Heath); several nieces and nephews; and his treasured friends and cornhole family.
A celebration of life for Boodie will be held Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Elks Lodge 2703, 355 Pilgreen Drive, Calera, Alabama 35040.
