It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Karen Maree Rabaca, a beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, who left us on October 28, 2024, at the age of 85. Born in Oklahoma, Karen’s life was a tapestry of love, resilience, and kindness that touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Karen’s warm spirit and unwavering support made her the heart of her family. As a mother, she nurtured her children with boundless love and wisdom, instilling values that will resonate through generations. As a grandmother, she embraced her grandchildren with open arms, showering them with affection, laughter, and countless cherished memories.

Karen’s passion for life was evident in everything she did. She found joy in simple pleasures, from gardening to cooking, and her home was always filled with warmth and delicious aromas. Her vibrant spirit and infectious laughter will be profoundly missed, leaving a void that will be felt deeply by all who knew her.

A funeral visitation for Karen will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Montebello, located at 913 West Whittier Blvd, Montebello, CA 90640. A funeral liturgy will take place on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, followed by a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, CA 90601.
