Walter Johnson was born March 19th, 1940 in Snohomish Washington. As a young man Walt trusted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Because of that decision we are confident when he passed away March 15, 2024 he was ushered into heaven.
Walt graduated from Everett High School in 1958 he went on to graduate from Warner Pacific College. Walt worked hard to provide for his family. He spent 32 years working at Boeing in the Chem Lab and retired in 2003. He was a faithful husband, generous father and loving grandfather. He enjoyed bowling, gardening and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by Geri, his devoted wife of 59 years. Son Mark Johnson (Tracie); daughter LaVonne Clark(Kent) ; grandchildren LoRissa and Landon and great granddaughters Tala and Menna Maye along with numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to express thanks to Providence Hospice nurses and the staff at Brookdale Silver Lake Memory Care for the compassionate loving care they gave “Johnson”. Burial will be at GAR Cemetery at 11:00 am on April 4th, 2024 followed by a memorial Service at 12:00 p.m. at CrossView Church at 604 Ave C East, Snohomish WA
