Robert Lewis Levy

Visitation will be Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 4013 New Town Road, Waxhaw, NC from 1:00 P.M. till 2:00 P.M. with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 P.M. with Preacher Rich Myers officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Survivors include his son: John Phillips and wife Cynthia of Weddington, one daughter: Jody Griffin of Lancaster. Granddaughters: Whitney Phillips Abbott and husband Corey of Mint Hill, Amber Griffin of Lancaster, Leah Jordan and husband Shawn of Staunton, VA, and one grandson Adam Phillips of Stanfield. One great-granddaughter Morgan Jayde Collins. Sisters: Deanna Barbee and husband Paul, Alice Kimrey and husband Bryce, Sara Helms and husband Jody. Brothers: Douglas Levy and wife Janet, Bruce Levy and wife Teri.

Robert was retired from Westinghouse/Siemens and a lifelong member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Waxhaw, and also a retired Navy Veteran.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Humane Society of your choice or Greater Charlotte SPCA, P.O. Box 77491, Charlotte NC, 28271.
