Tony was a sewing machine mechanic for most of his life and had a passion for fox hunting.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jennings A. Cook and Willie Mae Deese Cook; his daughter, Angela Carol Howie; one half-sister and three half-brothers.
Tony is survived by his wife, Levonne Manus Cook; two sons, Michael Darrell Cook, and David Eric Cook; his daughter, Terry Cook Bigham; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Joyce Nash, Jean Cook, and Pam Simpson; his half-sister, Hazel Starnes; and two brothers, Bobby Cook and Larry Cook.
The family will receive friends at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m. with the funeral service starting at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park.
