Patricia (Pattimac) McGonigal Bauer (August 9, 1942- April 7, 2012). Pat is survived by her husband and best friend of 43 years, George Bauer, one son Jason Bauer and his wife Natalie, two grandchildren, Jake and Lexi Bauer, one brother, Steve McGonigal, his wife Linda and three nephews Seth, Mason and Cliff McGonigal. She is also survived by numerous close friends she considered her extended family. Pat’s friendship, love and generosity touched an extraordinary number of people. Pat was a graduate of Judson College, received her Masters’ degree at the University of Alabama, served as past president of the Mobile Theatre Guild, and former technical director of the Joe Jefferson Playhouse. She was a noted Mobile community philanthropist donating much time to the Maitre Park baseball program. A celebration of her life will be held at the Marriott Grand Hotel in Point Clear, AL at 7:00 pm Friday, April 13th.
