Marjorie was born in Brewton, Alabama, June 12th, 1921. She graduated from Murphy High School in Mobile, Alabama in 1938. She attended night school at the University of Alabama in Elementary Education starting in 1956 and completed her degree as a member of the first graduating class at the University of South Alabama. In 1970, she completed her Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of South Alabama.
Marjorie worked in ministry with her first husband Rev. James Isbill, until his health required them to move back to Mobile, Alabama in 1956. She began working for theMobile County School Board in the 1960's continuing until her retirement in 1984. Marjorie and her second husband, Joseph Hall, began work with Source of Light Ministries of Madison, Georgia in the late 1980's. Marjorie continued working for the
mission until her health forced her to step away from her duties in the 2014.
Marjorie is preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Lucile, her husbands James and Joseph, and her sister Dorothy. She is survived by her daughter, Marjorie, sister, Tommie Lou, brother, Thomas, and 10 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Because of the current health crisis, the funeral service will be for immediate family only. There will be a memorial service planned after the current crisis and travel restrictions are lifted.
