Harriett Elizabeth Lowell Glisson, 82, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 29, 2024, in Mobile, Alabama. She was born to Clyde Vernon Lowell and Lillian Westbrook Lowell on October 22, 1942, in Mobile.
Harriett was preceded in death by her husband, Ottis B. “Jack” Glisson.
She is survived by her children, James Michael Taylor (Lori), Annette Taylor Tyler (Robert), and Lori Taylor McKinley (Mike); seven grandchildren: Shawna, Amanda, Jessica, Robert, Morgan, Marina, and Michaela; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Martha Josephine Cain; a brother, Clyde Vernon “Buddy” Lowell, Jr. (Sandy); as well as a host of other cherished family and friends.
A graveside service for Harriett will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024, in Pine Crest Cemetery on Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile.
