Georgia Ann Baker Miller, age 81, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024 in the comfort of her home in Mobile, AL. She was born December 23, 1942 in Atmore, AL to Lila Russ Baker and Kilbee Buck Baker. She graduated from Murphy High School in 1961 and married the late Thomas S. Miller. She worked with International Paper Company and talented in writing short hand. In later years she worked as an in home health nurse and always enjoyed helping and caring for others. She thoroughly enjoyed playing her piano from a young age, singing and dancing, sitting in the rocking chair on the porch, gardening, and she sure could cook and bake. A few of our favorites were her biscuits and gravy, chicken and dumplings and her special Greek cookies. She always welcomed everyone with a smile and arms wide open followed by hugs and kisses and yes, she could talk and loved laughter. We will forever carry her heart. She survived by sister Gladys B. Wright and children Rachael L. Miller, Ashley R. Miller Soto, and Jared A. Miller with two grandsons AJ Soto, Alec R. Soto and great granddaughter Aria R. Soto
