She was preceded in death by her husband, W.P. Adams. Mrs. Adams is survived by two children, Darrell Wayne Huggins (Jo) and Sylvia Jean Wood (John); longtime friend, Jay Waterwall; brother, Joey Strachan (Dianne); brothers-in-law, Tommy Bice and Bill Arbo; nephews, Ronnie Berry Hill (Tonja), Chad Strachan (Laura), Jordan Strachan, Jeff Vice (Travis Greene), Bill Arbo, Jr., David Arbo (Lukes), Mike Arbo, and Ricky Arbo; nieces, Joanna Strachan, Gloria Williams (Cookie); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends
Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 9, from 5-7 p.m. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
