Diane Sims Crawford

Diane Sims Crawford – Born in Uriah, AL on October 11, 1935, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023 in Ovett, MS. Diane was the Director of International Export Sales with Teledyne Continental Motors for over 25 years. She was a member of Greystone Bible Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilburn N. “Red” Sims and Lois Watson Sims; her siblings, Harry Sims, Temus Sims, Maxie Sims, Madeline S. Leonard, and Terry Sims; and by her son-in-law, Charles W. Bratina. Survivors include her two daughters, Lea Crawford Davis (Terry), and Jae Crawford Bratina; one grandson, Jordan Crawford Bratina; three siblings, Charles N. Sims, Pam M. Roberts, and Louise S. Locke; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Funeral services will be Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 10 a.m. Graveside services and interment will follow at 2 p.m. in Excel Cemetery in Excel, AL.
