Brenda M Norwood

Brenda was born in Mobile, AL on January 22, 1947 to her parents, Robert G. Orr and Sybil N. Orr, both now deceased. Brenda was a 1965 graduate of Murphy High School in Mobile. A year later, she relocated with her family to Corpus Christi, TX. For the past 43 years she was a Houston resident.

Brenda had a big heart that was full of unconditional love. In this life, other than God, she loved nothing more than her family. She is survived by her daughter Ginger Rampaul and husband Sheridan Rampaul, her grandchildren, Brandon Meeks and wife Iliana Meeks, Briana Leonard and husband Kyle Leonard, Grace Rampaul, her great grandchildren, Jayden, Emily, Carter, Madison, Madelyn, Everett, Emmett (Meeks), and Sawyer (Leonard). Her brothers, Dalton Orr of Mobile, AL, Don Orr of Houston, TX, and Rodney Orr of Tuscaloosa, AL, along with numerous nieces and nephews that she adored.

Words could not measure the depth of Brenda's love for her family, relatives and friends. Though separated by distance from many family members, Brenda diligently stayed in regular contact with her brothers and other relatives, whom she deeply loved. We all will miss those conversations and the loving encouragement and advice that Brenda always shared.

While we are greatly saddened that Brenda is no longer here with us, we have assurance that she now rests safely and peacefully in the arms of our Heavenly Father.

Brenda's greatest hope was that one day every family member and friend would reunite with her for eternity in Heaven.
