Born in Carrollton, GA, lifelong resident of Anniston, AL and current resident of Mobile for the past 17 years. He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 51 years, Dianne Williams.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Lindsey and Lillian Devour Williams, and siblings Alton Williams and Opal Mundy.
He also leaves behind his only child, Clark (Kelly) Williams; grandchildren, Hayden Nicklaus and Lindsey Catherine Williams; one brother, Dewey (June) Williams; and very special sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law beloved nieces & nephews, many other family and friends.
Billy Ray loved his family. He loved nothing more than watching Hayden & Lindsey play at the ballpark. He traveled many miles to attend every ballgame. He also enjoyed working in his beautiful yard.
Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home in Mobile on Thursday, June 18, 2015, from 5:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at Radney Funeral Home in Mobile on Friday, June 19, 2015, at 1:00 p.m.
