Billie Glass Deaux 94, went to sleep in the Lord on June 13, 2017 in Houston, TX. Billie was born in Montgomery, Al on February 9, 1923. Her life work was teaching children at Mobile Junior Academy while raising five of her own.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lt. Col. Walter E. Deaux and her eldest son, Walter E. Deaux, Jr. Billie is survived by her children Robert T. Deaux of Wilmer, Al. Evelyn Eileen Cowart of San Antonio, TX. Jeanette L. Wiggins of Humble, TX. Rebecca R. Hayes of Elberta, AL. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Mobile National Cemetery at 1:30 in the afternoon.
