Benjamin Bailey Magee, Jr.,born in Clarksdale, MS and native of Charleston, MS passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 in Mobile, AL. He is preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Bailey Magee. He was the owner of Title Guaranty and Abstract Company of Mobile. Mr. Magee is survived by his wife, Ann Broughton Magee, mother, Norma Sharpe Magee, three daughters; Melissa Magee Stanton, Emma Magee Munderloh (Alex) and Catherine Bailey Magee; sister, Pamela Gale Magee and grandson, Joseph Cole Stanton. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. Ben enjoyed hunting, especially turkey hunting, taking pictures, high performance vehicles and being “in-charge”. A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Springhill Presbyterian Church, 10 Westminster Way, Mobile, AL with a reception to follow in the church fellowship hall.
