Born in Pharr, Texas, he lived in McAllen most of his life.
He is survived by his wife Arsenia Charles de Arellano; his mother Elisa Arellano; his sister Irma Rogers; his children Michael Arellano, Stephen Arellano and Cassie Arellano. He is also survived by 7 wonderful grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 24, 2020 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 3:30 to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Funeraria Del Angel at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
