Mission—Luciano Molano Jr. passed away Saturday June 4th, 2022 at the age of 75. He was born on January 4th, 1947 in Mission, Texas. He is proceeded in death by his father, Luciano Molano, and a brother, Oscar Molano.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years Delia Molano and his mother Gregoria Molano. Daughters: Lucinda (Bernardo) Salas, Cynthia (Eduardo) De Leon and Yvonne Molano. 5 grandchildren: Jesus, Jessica, Luciano, Victor and Samantha. 2 great-grandchildren: Ivar and Ubbe. 10 siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Molano was a rifleman in Company B, 5th Battalion, 60th Infantry, 9th Infantry Division Vietnam Veteran who was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army. He received the Army Commendation Medal and the Air Medal. Luciano also worked as an Auto Parts Salesman for more than 40 years. He enjoyed spending time with family, travelling, golfing, bowling, and watching his favorite show: Ancient Aliens.
Visitations June 10th from 3 to 9 with 7 PM Rosary at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission. Mass June 11th at 10 AM at San Martin de Porres Church in Alton, Texas. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens.
