She is preceded in death by her parents Juan Valenzuela Sauceda and Tomasita Reyes Lara.

She is survived by her husband Guadalupe Garcia; her children Aggie Garcia(+Mark), Arturo Garcia(Debbie) and Lupe Garcia(Patty); her grandchildren Victoria Ann Montez(Marc), Krystal Lynn Garcia, Art Anthony Garcia, Matthew Garcia, Khloe Garcia and Joshua Garcia; her great-grandsons Ryan Anthony Montez and Erik Carter Garcia. She is also survived by her brother Juan Valenzuela.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel, Chapel of Remembrance in Mission, Texas from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, August 13, 2018 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in McAllen. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission. Services are under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel of Mission.
