Baselisa was born in McAllen, TX on June 28,1957 to parents Gregorio and Sanjuanita Quintanilla.
She is preceded in death by both her parents and her spouse Jose Luis Rodriguez.
She is survived by her six children, Jose Rodriguez (Estella), Hermelinda Gil (Martin), Cristina Borrego, Isabel Mendoza (Eligio), Jose Luis Borrego Jr (Yiseña) and Lisa Q. Pena (Juan).
Baselisa found passion in traveling, playing bingo, and thrifting! She loved spending time with her family and friends and always made sure those around her were cared for.
Baselisa will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
