Baltazar J. "Joe" Fuentes

He leaves behind his wife of 44 years, Mary Alice Fuentes as well four children, two sons Danny ( Esmer ) Fuentes, David ( Yvette) Fuentes and two daughters Monica Fuentes and Jessica ( Raul ) Hernandez, as well as his 8 beloved grandchildren, Joaquin, Anahli, Andrea, Alexzandra, Klarissa, Khloe, Jaymes and Santiago. He is also survived by three siblings Eudelia “Dee” Fuentes, Jorge ( Anna) Fuentes and Alma ( Joe) Pena.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Uvaldo and Rosa Fuentes as well as two brothers Jaime Fuentes and Fanscisco “ Frank” Fuentes.

Joe was always known as a hard worker having dedicating over 40 years of his career to the Oilfield Industry. His personal passions and hobbies included restoration of classics cars. He was also an avid motorcycle rider and enjoyed fishing and golf as well. Joe was a dedicated family man who always enjoyed taking his family of trips to as many destinations as he could. He loved his grandchildren and always lit up with joy when he saw them. He will be terribly missed by everyone who knew him, because of his larger then life personality and his ever present smile.

After a private family viewing and cremation. Memorial services for Joe will be held Thursday March 28 2019 from 5 to 9 pm at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission. In lieu of flowers that family requests donations to help with medical expenses.
