She is preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Pansy Sisco; and her sister, Loretta Kinney.
Carmen is survived by her Husband of 54 years, Clifford Evangelist; her Children; Corina Butenhoff, Candace Tokheim (Partner Lisa Fasbender), Clifford Evangelist (Kip) & Finance Paula Holzer; Grandchildren, Jacob Evangelist & Wife Jesse Evangelist, Joshua Lundell and Kayla Ross; great Grandchildren, Olivia Evangelist, Luca Evangelist, Harmony Donner & Hunter Donner; her siblings; sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws; and numerous nieces and nephews.
