Jacqueline was born in Encino, California, and throughout her life, she touched the hearts of all who knew her with her kindness, strength, and love. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, and her family meant the world to her. Jacqueline also had a deep love for her Hollett family, with whom she shared many cherished memories.
Jacqueline was known for her love of comfort, often found in her favorite recliner, where she would relax and enjoy her favorite shows. The sounds of Little House on the Prairie, The Waltons, The Voice, and countless game shows could always be heard echoing through her home, a reminder of the joy and entertainment she loved.
Jacqueline is survived by her daughter, Carrie Dana (Anthony); her sister, Patti; her grandchildren, James, Nicholas, Ashley, and Lindsay; and her beloved Hollett family. She leaves behind cherished memories that will continue to be celebrated by her family and friends.
A visitation for Jacqueline will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, NY 11764. A chapel service will take place on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at the same location. A committal will follow at 11:00 AM at Washington Memorial Park, 855 Canal Rd, Mount Sinai, NY 11766.
