Wilma M. Neibaur has joined her husband, Ronald "Jay" Neibaur Sr. on November 11, 2024 to play golf on the great golf course in the sky. Wilma died peacefully in her home surrounded by family. Wilma was born on February 8, 1935, in Lewisville, Idaho to Edith and Wilmer Smout. She was the middle child of 7. She me married her husband, Jay Neibaur on May 27, 1953, on September 1, 1969. Together, they adopted their son, Ronald Jay Neibaur Jr.
Wilma worked several jobs, from being a waitress to being an office manager for Diambrosio Auto, which she retired from in 2007 to be with her husband. Wilma loved golf, traveling with her husband and friends on various cruises, taking care of her roses, and just sitting on her back deck enjoying a drink with family and friends. She always made everyone feel like family.
Wilma is survived by her children, Ronald Jay Neibaur Jr. and daughter-in-law Susan Neibaur, adopted son and daughter Darrel and Andrea Armstrong, grandchildren Brandon Lansing, Amber Dominguez, Ronald J. Neibaur III, and Lisa and Cordell Woolley; as well as her cherished grand-dogs Peewee, Phattie, and Morty. She also leaves behind her great-grandchild Jasmine Dominguez, great-grand cats Wilson and Mr. Grey, great-grand dogs Beau and Koda, and a great-great-grand dog Rocky and great-great-grand cat Michu.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald Jay Neibair Sr.; her parents, Wilmer and Edith Smout; and her siblings Kenneth, Esther, Bobby, Doyle, Bill, and Elaine.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the CNS staff for helping Wilma to be comfortable in her last days.
