She was born to William H. Neff and Elizabeth Legget Neff in Salt Lake City on October 7th, 1940. Diana graduated with her bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah. On August 18th, 1985 she married her sweetheart Weston A. Gouge at the Salt Lake Country Club. She was a devout member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She prided herself on being an active member in the church taking on callings such as the ward choir director for many years. Diana was an elementary teacher in Granite School district, teaching third, fourth, and fifth grades. Aside from her work Diana loved spending time tending a garden, she had quite a green thumb. Diana adored being at home with her cats, Blackie, Ditze, Peach, and Tigger.
Diana is survived by her husband Weston A. Gouge, her daughter Julie Kunz Slack, and Two Grandchildren.

Services will be held at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S Highland Dr, UT 84106 at 1pm. A viewing prior to services will take place from 12 p.m. to 12:50 p.m. at the same location. Interment to follow at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park 3401 S Highland Dr, UT 84106.
