David Keith Johnson born January 4th, 1962, passed away unexpectedly October 16th, 2021 in his sleep.

He is survived by his mother Ladonna, brother Craig and his three children Katie, Chris & Shaun. As well as his three nephews Jeff, Brian, and Kevin.

He is preceded in death by his father Earl and brother Doug.

There will be a graveside service on Monday October 25th 2021 at 11am at Wasatch Lawn Cemetery for anyone wishing to attend.
