Carole Ann Hardman 76, passed away June 27, 2017 with her family by her side. She was born December 22, 1940 to Lawrence Emmett Melugin and Beth Park in Provo, Utah. She graduated from Granite High School and married Lovell Edwin Hardman, raising their four children in South Jordan, UT. Later divorced.
She was a faithful member of the LDS Church where she had many callings; her Stake Mission was one of her favorites. Carole has a great love for travel and the outdoors, especially around water. Taking her boat and wave runners to the lake, visiting the ocean, pool, or waterpark, she was always ready to go. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and loved creating memories with family and friends.
She worked at Balkamp for almost 25 years where she quickly moved into management. After retirement she moved to Vernal, UT. to be closer to her son and enjoy the mountains. She made many new friends and loved being a Temple worker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother's Stephen and David, along with her grandson, Jerold (Jc). She is survived by her brother Kent (Emma), Children: Diana (Mike) Jones of Oklahoma, Bruce (Sherry) Hardman of Vernal, Pam Bailey of Murray, Sandra (Aaron) Griffith of So. Jordan. Grandchildren: (Jones)-Shaun, Candice, Ryan, Brittany, Zachary, (Hardman)-Hayden, Cheyenne, Royce, (Bailey)-Stasi Nicole, (Griffith)-Calvin, Sarah, Grace, and Ava. Great Grandchildren: (Shaun)-Jaxon, Brooklyn, Mackenzie, (Candice) Myleigh, Khloe, (Ryan) Gavin, Abel, (Brittany) Cameron, Dallin, (Zach) soon to be Maddox, (Hayden)-Braysen, Alaysha, (Cheyenne) Eli, (Jerold)- Hayden.Funeral services will be Friday, June 30, at 2:00 pm at LDS Ward, 11122 S. Blackhawk Dr., South Jordan. Viewing 1 hour prior to service. Internment at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 S. Highland Dr.,SLC.
